My Commitment
Since opening my practice in 2013, my mission has been to strengthen individuals’ capacity to observe and understand their inner lives in ways that promote clarity, self-compassion, and lasting psychological health. I view the therapeutic process as a meaningful and significant responsibility, and I consider it a privilege to support clients in their growth and healing. My work is active and collaborative, grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs when people are engaged participants in their own development. I am committed to helping clients move toward their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible, while fostering the insight and resilience needed to sustain long-term well-being.

How I Can Help

Meet Dr. Ruby Sharma
I am trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including ISTDP, EFT, IFS, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, and have pursued advanced training in accelerated models of psychotherapy for complex mental health concerns such as medically unexplained symptoms, stress-related conditions, and dissociation. This background supports my ability to help clients identify and change self-defeating patterns that interfere with emotional, relational, and physical well-being.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s needs. I work actively and collaboratively to help clients move toward meaningful change. Informed by attachment theory and an understanding of how early experiences shape current difficulties, I focus on addressing the historical roots of entrenched patterns while encouraging clients to recognize, regulate, and transform distressing emotions that may have been previously avoided or outside awareness.
